and door knobs of office exterior doors are disinfected several times per day

    Checking In

Our registration process is streamlined, touch-less and quick. Prior to presenting for your appointment you will be asked to fill out your intake forms online so you can be taken back to a treatment space as soon as you arrive to help minimize waiting room density. Upon arrival:

    • We will ask you to use hand sanitizer when you enter the clinic

    • We will ask you to pre-screen for any symptoms

    • We may ask to take your temperature

    • We will ask you to practice social distancing

    • We will be wearing a face covering and ask that you wear a mask, face shield or other appropriate face covering

    • Once you're settled in a treatment space we will ask any family members or helpers to wait outside the office during your treatment session.

    Treatment

Healing starts with a safe, comforting and tranquil healing space.

Each room is disinfected before each patient including touch surfaces, tables, chairs and door knobs.

Treatment tables are adjustable, heated and thoroughly wiped with disinfectant, then covered in soft, single use covers. You will also be covered with a single use drape.

Acupuncture involves using only clean needle technique which means your practitioner is proficiently trained in infection control, will have washed and disinfected hands, will disinfect the area to be treated, will use single use sterile needles.

    Telemedicine

If you're ready to begin treatment, but not able to come to our office, we are proud to offer compassionate, effective and accessible care through telemedicine.

    Checking Out

Check out and scheduling is quick, easy and touch-less.

If you need to make payment by credit card, no contact is made, and you'll zip your card through our reader without touching surfaces.
