The information you submit is held as strictly confidential and will only be used to check your insurance coverage for acupuncture benefits.  We NEVER share your information with any third parties.

Please note we do our best to obtain the most accurate and up to date information.  The information we receive is never a guarantee of payment for acupuncture however.  But it typically works out just fine.  

If you wish to double check your benefits or are checking your insurance benefits on your own, please get the representative’s name and reference number for the call (we do the same).   That gives us a starting point to inquire with the insurance company if there are any issues with an insurance claim.
